Five Iron Golf – Membership Terms & Conditions
General Membership Terms (applicable to all Membership types, Green Grass Pass, and Membership Promotions)
Billing & Auto-Renewal: Billing occurs monthly on the day of the original contract purchase. By purchasing any membership, YOU CONSENT TO YOUR CREDIT CARD OR OTHER PAYMENT METHOD BEING AUTOMATICALLY AND RECURRENTLY CHARGED FOR THE APPLICABLE MEMBERSHIP FEE UNTIL YOU CANCEL. You acknowledge and agree that your membership will automatically renew each month unless you cancel in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time by providing at least twenty-four (24) hours’ written notice before your next billing cycle – by emailing [email protected], calling 800-513-5153, or reaching us on live chat at www.fiveirongolf.com. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds will be issued for the remainder of the month. Five Iron Golf reserves the right to cancel your membership at any time, for any reason, at which time it will refund you any pro-rata unused portion of your membership fee.
Fee Changes & Notifications: Five Iron Golf reserves the right to change membership fees and other terms and conditions. In the event of a fee change, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance before the new amount is charged, and the new fee will take effect on your next billing cycle unless you cancel before the change becomes effective. You have the option to cancel before the new fee takes effect. If you dispute a charge, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or additional fees.
Use & Location Policy: All simulator rentals/lessons/services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. All members must sign a liability waiver before participating. You must use your membership at least 70% of the time in your “home” membership location (the location in which you initially signed up); otherwise, Five Iron Golf reserves the right to transfer your “home” location and charge the applicable membership fee (of your new “home” location) following the transfer. Ancillary perks of the membership may change at any time based on availability and other circumstances.
Compliance & Severability: Members must abide by all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. If any part of this membership agreement is deemed unenforceable by a court, that part will be severed, and the remainder of the agreement will remain in full force and effect.
Dispute Resolution & Class Action Waiver: You and Five Iron Golf agree that you may bring or participate in claims against Five Iron Golf only in your respective individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with AAA rules and shall take place in New York City, New York. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any claim that all or part of this Class Action Waiver is unenforceable, unconscionable, void, or voidable may be determined only by a court of competent jurisdiction, which the parties agree shall be located in New York City, New York.
Affirmative Cardholder Consent/Payment Authorization: By signing up for a membership, you expressly authorize Five Iron Golf to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis in accordance with this agreement. You acknowledge that you have been provided with a copy of this authorization and that you may revoke this authorization by canceling your membership before your next billing cycle. This authorization will remain in effect until you revoke it by emailing [email protected], calling 800-513-5153, or reaching us on live chat at www.fiveirongolf.com.
If you use a debit card or ACH payment, you acknowledge and agree that this recurring authorization is subject to the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA) and its implementing regulations. You will receive an electronic confirmation of this authorization, and you may cancel future payments at any time by emailing [email protected], calling 800-513-5153, or reaching us on live chat at www.fiveirongolf.com.
Standard Membership Additional Terms
You expressly consent that your credit card or other payment method will be charged automatically, on a recurring basis every month unless you cancel. You may cancel the Standard Membership at any time by emailing [email protected], calling 800-513-5153, or reaching us on live chat at www.fiveirongolf.com. September Membership Promotion Terms & Conditions
September 2025 Promotional Membership Terms
(Applies to memberships sold with first month free and a commitment of four paid months.)
Billing & Auto-Renewal
Your billing will begin 30 days after the initial contract date, following your free first month. By purchasing a membership, you consent to having your credit card or other payment method charged automatically and on a recurring basis for the applicable membership fee, until you cancel. You acknowledge and agree that your membership will auto-renew monthly unless canceled per our cancellation policy.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your promotional membership after four months from your contract start date, provided you give at least twenty-four (24) hours’ written notice before your next billing cycle. You can cancel by:

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds will be issued. Five Iron Golf reserves the right to cancel memberships at any time, for any reason, and will refund any pro-rated, unused portion of your membership fee if applicable. Please note that under the September membership deal, memberships may not be paused or suspended at any time.
